No indication of which club and in which capacity. The club wouldn't be wasting time denying media reports about who our next boss is. They'll be working hard in getting a replacement sorted. I'm quite calm about this, I still trust our owners.

Various journos have tweeted saying we are looking for someone with PL experience, why would they pick 2 Americans who manage shit clubs?

Exactly right. Why do they need to confirm or deny everyone being linked to the job! Most management jobs that come available are full of rumors and speculation of which most of it is rubbish. I think Palace had 6 or 7 odds on shots with the bookies before they got Pulis. It happens all the time. This joker is not going to be our new manager.

Bizarre that a guy comes out and says he has got a new job yet nearly 24hrs later he has not told us where Perhaps Gerry Taggart had the job lined up 12 months ago!

Whilst I agree the wait is frustrating, it has only been over a week. Unless you literally have sounded someone out beforehand who is out of work, then it can take time.
