Parafox Posted 30 July 2015 Posted 30 July 2015 Just like when we hear a voice on the radio we form an imaginary image of what that person looks like and what age they seem to be. I was wondering if people on FT do that with posters they don't know. I know I do. I have never met anyone from here but I still feel I miaght recognise them. For example, I imagine MattP to be a slightly paunchy, rosy cheeked person about 5'9" tall with fair hair from a fairly well brought up background. Rincewind I imagine to be a tall skinny friendly chap with baggy eyes, big ears and an untidy goatee beard and glasses. Wymeswoldfox: a young lad about town givin' it large with close cropped hair at the sides and one of those overgrown bouffant type of comb-over hairstyles. Moosebreath, an overweight, breathless person with slightly receding hair and pudgy hands. And so on... none of this is meant to offend and is probably so wide of the mark so please don't take things personally.. and try not to be offensive
