StanSP Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Who's the tool that shouted 'use your brain' at Jeff Schlupp when he played a free kick in to Albrighton's feet? Yet if he lumped it forward with none of our taller players going up for it he'd have probably got the same treatment . Also, just after they scored, stewards seemed to have escorted (or wanted to) someone out (must have been about Row P, possibly seats 260ish - approximate guess!) Just wondering what happened if anyone knows. Perhaps a Spurs fan celebrating and giving it large?
Wymsey Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 A Spurs fan allegedly 'jumped up' to celebrate, only to be confronted by one of our own fans.
Fox92 Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Schlupp shouldn't have been over those sort of free kicks. Could see he had no clue what to do.
willie-bell-in-rothley Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Yes spot on Spurs fan confronted by Leicester fans after celebrating and then giving out some abuse, fair play to the stewards they dealt with it well
DB11 Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Yes spot on Spurs fan confronted by Leicester fans after celebrating and then giving out some abuse, fair play to the stewards they dealt with it well Was he out by the time we equalised? Could have been awkward
ImBlue Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Was he out by the time we equalised? Could have been awkward If he wasn't and I was a steward, I'd just walk away.. Let him take the abuse.
purpleronnie Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 If he wasn't and I was a steward, I'd just walk away.. Let him take the abuse. Ah the italian steward approach.
StanSP Posted 22 August 2015 Author Posted 22 August 2015 Schlupp shouldn't have been over those sort of free kicks. Could see he had no clue what to do. Ended up doing the right thing instead of just hoofing it up though Was he out by the time we equalised? Could have been awkward I didn't see anyone get escorted. Saw someone get a talking to but don't think he got dragged away.
Maggie's town fox Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 There were 2 Spurs fans a few rows in front of me in C1 around row L, a Chap and his missus and when Mahrez scored they were very quickly taken out through V15 exit, oh not forgetting the torrent of abuse they got from our section with cry's of WHHOOOOO ARE YA!!!!!!, they kept their heads down and never looked back, bye bye silly little Spurs people.
Matt Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 I didn't see anyone get escorted. Saw someone get a talking to but don't think he got dragged away. He didn't get 'dragged' away but he left on his own accord/escorted out when we equalised and he started getting shit from everyone around him. I think I saw some punches thrown when we equalised.
Maggie's town fox Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Yes agree that there were punches when we scored and looked like the Spurs moron was the main problem that sparked the trouble but was soon sorted
ImBlue Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Ah the italian steward approach. If he sleeps with the enemy, let him deal with the consequences himself. If he gets flattened, he won't do it again.
SystonFox Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Imagine seeing punches being thrown in the west stand
FoxInTheBirstallBox Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Imagine seeing punches being thrown in the west stand Followed by us giving it large to the L1 WHO ARE YA!
Swarles Barkley Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Had a spurs fan in b3 who behaved like a complete twàt when they scored. Few of our fans had a word, was a pretty verbal conversation with the spurs fan urging it on. Stewards had to escort the spurs fan off but not before we scored. Was hilarious as he had to leave the stadium with the whole block celebrating.
Jimmy Posted 22 August 2015 Posted 22 August 2015 Schlupp shouldn't have been over those sort of free kicks. Could see he had no clue what to do. yeah its all jeff's fault no one moved to give him a pass... He was clearly looking for a runner
StanSP Posted 22 August 2015 Author Posted 22 August 2015 Imagine seeing punches being thrown in the west stand Most excitement there's been in years.
