roblcfc84 Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 I get why everyone questions the mahrez decision but the last few games i think hes overplayed when on the ball, he's been amazing, but teams are starting to double up on him and today, used to impact the game later when legs are tiring could be a smart move

davieG Posted 3 October 2015 Posted 3 October 2015 I don't believe CR liked the way we were playing too gung ho for his italian upbringing and the arsenal 5 goal slaughter has given him the ideal opportunity to input a more defensive set up. Whether that works and whether it adversely affects our ability to score only time will tell and cannot be judged solely on today's game.

Not fully comfortable he's been dropped, but I understand the logic: we still played really well against West Ham in the cup without him, so having Mahrez and Ulloa off the bench could be deadly. It will probably also **** up Norwich's main plan to nullify our star player too...could be interesting!

Other than that, decent team. I am not a DS fan by any means but RDL has been pretty poor all season. Ulloa I do agree deserves a run of games. Mahrez, great player, but i understand why hes not playing.
