On two separate occasions today a Leeds fan and then a Chelsea fan told me that Jamie Vardy should be starting for England.  To make it better I hadn't even mentioned him at a prior point in either of those conversations, it came completely out of the blue both times. 

 

That was before either of them knew about his 2 goals today as well.
