foxes_rule1978 Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 He is starting to become a very special player, just a revelation... I have always thought he was good but I never believed he could reach the standard he is playing at now
Babylon Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Bloke deserves a thread dedicated to how bloody brilliant he is. Absolutely incredible at the moment, terrorising teams up and down the country. Although not good enough for England because he doesn't hammer San Marino from left wing. Sigh

Max Power Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 I don't care if he wins awards and I don't care if he never plays for England again. I want him scoring goals and winning points for Leicester City and thats all I care about.
ElusiveEd Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Talksport going to discuss him at length from 9pm. (Now as I type) Asking the question is he now, after today, not just an England squad member but a starter? and should he be keeping the likes of Harry Kane out of the team? Should provoke some interesting calls.
ScouseFox Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 i do like that with every passing week there is even less of a reason (if there was ever one in the first place) to start kane as a centre forward over vardy
VLC86 Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 i do like that with every passing week there is even less of a reason (if there was ever one in the first place) to start kane as a centre forward over vardy Other than its Harry Kane, saviour of English football and the world and the universe.
Carl the Llama Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 On two separate occasions today a Leeds fan and then a Chelsea fan told me that Jamie Vardy should be starting for England. To make it better I hadn't even mentioned him at a prior point in either of those conversations, it came completely out of the blue both times. That was before either of them knew about his 2 goals today as well. I love it.
enmac Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Sean Derry just said on Talksport: "I love Vardy" and renamed him Vardinho! Maybe then he'd have got Player of the month!
Phube Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 I know it's been mentioned but seeing it in cold hard fact-light: Premier League goals: Vardy: 9 Liverpool: 8 Stoke: 8 Villa: 8 Sunderland: 8 WBA: 7 Newcastle: 6 Watford: 6
kyleolly Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 worth £35m according to Derry and Cundy on talksport

Carl the Llama Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Watford have only scored 6 times? Jesus that's not good. Tbf that's the figure after you subtract goal machine Deeney's tally.
Stevosevic Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Tbf that's the figure after you subtract goal machine Deeney's tally.
ScouseFox Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Watford have only scored 6 times? Jesus that's not good. an five of them were the same geezer

To make it better I hadn't even mentioned him at a prior point in either of those conversations, it came completely out of the blue both times. I spoke to Charlton, United, Bury, Plymouth, Liverpool, Sheff Utd, Rotherham and Man City fans in Vilnius who all said the same
lgfualol Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Tbf that's the figure after you subtract goal machine Deeney's tally. Ah, yes, I remember people saying he should have been called up for England instead of Vardy in June.
VLC86 Posted 17 October 2015 Posted 17 October 2015 Ah, yes, I remember people saying he should have been called up for England instead of Vardy in June. Referring to Watford fans as 'People'?
