EverybodyDannsNow Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 Bit of a silly/fun question for those who are bored of the International break, like myself. If our back 4 all swapped positions with our midfield 4, which 4 would cope best? So, you put Fuchs, Huth, Morgan and Simpson in midfield... And Albrighton, Kante, Drinkwater and Mahrez in defence. Which bank of 4 would worry you most in their new position, and which do you think would cope best? Obviously this would never happen but I found it quite amusing to consider it. I would say that the defence would cope best in their new position, purely because the thought of Drinky and Kante as centre halfs and Riyad at right back sends shivers down my spine. What do you think?
Unabomber Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 What if we put vardy in goal and conrad logan up front?
Mark_w Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 What if we put vardy in goal and conrad logan up front? Conrad Logan usually plays in goal? You learn something new every day.
Dennis118555 Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 Kante would boss the defence, riyad on the other hand would be doing marauding dribbles across his own 6 yard box
Claridge Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 What if we put vardy in goal and conrad logan up front? Wouldn't be much space left up front
Fox seen in Norwich Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 Why not finish it off with Okazaki sweeper, Vardy in goal and schmeical up front
Soar Fox Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 Okazaki would be good at the back. He's used to stopping attacks
Charl91 Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 Kante and Albrighton would be solid at defense. Drinky would do alright, Mahrez would be a liability. Fuchs would be cracking on the wing. Morgan to play the Mahrez role in midfield, and go on mazy runs.
(.) (.) Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 What if EverybodyDannsNow didn't do that last bong? What if I liked marmite? What if they used cashew nuts instead of peanuts in M&M's?
Fox42 Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 Kante and Albrighton would be solid at defense. Drinky would do alright, Mahrez would be a liability. Fuchs would be cracking on the wing. Morgan to play the Mahrez role in midfield, and go on mazy runs. The memories of Sol Bamba have just come flooding back after reading that
MooseBreath Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 How does everybody pronounce (.) (.)'s name?
gerrytaggart Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 Kante could play anywhere. The thing with Kante is you just know his game hasnt changed one bit since he was 6. Chasing the ball all over the pitch with a big grin on his face. So glad he plays for us.
Benguin Posted 14 November 2015 Posted 14 November 2015 Morgan has got some great skills! remember his turn last season v QPR hahaha
Stadt Posted 15 November 2015 Posted 15 November 2015 What if we put vardy in goal and conrad logan up front? Ask Hodgson And the new defence would all be shit in the air
Oxfordfox83 Posted 15 November 2015 Posted 15 November 2015 What if we put vardy in goal on the bench and conrad logan up front? Fixed.
Sampson Posted 15 November 2015 Posted 15 November 2015 Kante would be good, only potentially too small and would get beaten in the air a lot. Albrighton already showed he's a very good right wing-back last season, no reason he couldn't do a decent job at full-back. Think Fuchs would be fine on the wing too. Not sure about the rest though.
Julian Joachim Jr Shabadoo Posted 15 November 2015 Posted 15 November 2015 How does everybody pronounce (.) (.)'s name? Open brackets dot close brackets, repeat
benpicko Posted 16 November 2015 Posted 16 November 2015 Judging by Fuchs's YouTube video, Inler should be starting in goal tbh
