theessexfox Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Klaasen smashing 180s like there's no tomorrow And wins
ScouseFox Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 there is surely no other sport where you can go from needing your opponent to miss to still be in a world championship to being in a world championship semi final in 4 minutes. absolute drama. boss.
Matt Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Barney a dead cert? Not gonna be a easy match but he should win I think, Now Lewis v Wright - Tough to pick, very tough to pick. I think Lewis just edges it. Barney/Lewis double pays just under 5/2. I backed Lewis before the tournament so obviously really hope he wins.
ScouseFox Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 could be two belters, wouldn't want to call either. smith's no mug and his scoring could trouble barney, he can sometimes lose focus and get a bit miffed when he's constantly chasing. will need to be on top form to go through. hope lewis wins, could easily be match of the tournament this, both on top form and both think it's probably their best chance to win the worlds since ever.
Unabomber Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 playing a drinking game, drink every odd score, drinking every 180 and neck drink + shot if 9 darter, ****ed already.
ScouseFox Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 playing a drinking game, drink every odd score, drinking every 180 and neck drink + shot if 9 darter, ****ed already. couldn't have chosen a worse match to start that on
Unabomber Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 couldn't have chosen a worse match to start that on I know mate
Matt Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 Wow, has a tournament ever been so gripping?! I am kinda new to darts but i've watched this tournament for the last 3 or 4 years, I've never seen a tournament with so many close, great matches!
ScouseFox Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 lovely raymond. Taylor and mvg getting the boot earlyish has made this superb, there's no "major" favourite anymore. anyone in the last 8 wouldve woke up this morning thinking yes then I'm going to win this. this could be even better (somehow)
Izzy Posted 1 January 2016 Posted 1 January 2016 I'm not sure who I want to punch in the face more out of Adrian Lewis and Peter Wright. My two least favourite players. Hope neither of them win it. Klaasen or Barney for me...
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Aidy looking good. Hopefully he sneaks by Barney today then anything can happen in the final, although Anderson a worthy favourite.
Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Adrian Lewis looking completely gone here.
BlueSi13 Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Van Gerwen, Smith and now Lewis showing exactly how NOT to close out matches whilst completely dominating against RVB. Absolutely can't stand Barney so this is torture!
EastAnglianFox Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Ohhh Gary Gary! Absolutely effortless when he's in this mood
Soar Fox Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Why the fvck are they singing that stupid Yaya/Kolo song? What relevance has it got at darts?
howlinmadmurfdoc Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Why the fvck are they singing that stupid Yaya/Kolo song? What relevance has it got at darts? It hasn't, the darts crowds are full of morons, it's nearly as bad as "boring boring tables" and singing for MVG and Taylor when they got knocked out three rounds ago.
Matt Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 C'mon Anderson need some more 180's from you! (3 without reply from Klaasen will do)
Izzy Posted 2 January 2016 Posted 2 January 2016 Anderson looks unstoppable. Hope he beats that monge Lewis in the final
PAULCFC Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 Anderson for me tommorow...alot better on the doubles.
PAULCFC Posted 3 January 2016 Posted 3 January 2016 It hasn't, the darts crowds are full of morons, it's nearly as bad as "boring boring tables" and singing for MVG and Taylor when they got knocked out three rounds ago. Been twice this year to the ally pally and the only thing that spoils it is the crowd who i'd say 10% were watching the darts and the rest getting pissed. But to be fair i didn't see any trouble at all this year(suppose it helps when there are bouncers everywhere watching everyone!)It's a good day out if you dont mind who you see when you buy the tickets(sept time)If anyone is really interested in darts there's the masters at Milton Keynes at the end of the month, went last year and it's the top 16 players over 2 days.Going to the PL in Notts and Brum and will probably go to Blackpool too if i can find time.
