Lower league oppo in the third round, Forest or Derby in round 5 or 6, a plucky Championship side in the semi (Cardiff, Huddersfield, or the like), Man City in the final (3-2 win to the Foxes).

For once, I don't want a Premier League team. That would also mean we can rest a few A-teamers out. I'd go for a League 1 club. Any lower than that level would be clubs fired up to play us more than anything which could go against us. I'm hoping for a bang average Barnsley away type of fixture.

We haven't had a non league away for years, Hereford I think was the last time, so I'd love one this season.

When we were in the championship we always wanted a premiership club and never got one.

Last season when we wanted a championship club or lower we got a premiership club.

So I think this year we'll end up with Sunderland away.

Whoever we get Dodoo won't be involved....Playing for Bury today!

Hmm. 2 days ago in their Match Preview, the club said he'd wouldn't play. I'm not too concerned about this. It will just be awkward if we draw Bury.

Fulham away - think that away end holds about 7000 in total. London away day

Port Vale Away - never ever been, away end holds a few as well

Barnsley/Sheffield United/Wednesday/Preston away - all easy to get to, and massive away ends, and great away days

What would happen if say we got Salford away?

400 tickets and 1,800 i read are top priority.

Away teams have a right to 15% of tickets however there is a "safety" loophole that has been abused in the past.

Basically just hope for a ground where the club can bring as many fans as want to go. I think an allocation of 5k is more than plenty, heck 3k is probably plenty. Not as many people are excited about cup games as league games.

Clause in the loan deal....He can't play against us!

Wow. I am an idiot. I completely forgot about that even though I've spent the last 3 days being annoyed at people that wanted to put Dyer in against Swansea.

I'd quite fancy Vale actually. Hope we go all out to try and win the thing this year.

Me too, there'd be no excuse either. We're not going down, we're unlikely to win the league or finish in the top four realistically and I'd sooner qualify for Europe by virtue of winning the cup rather than finishing 7th.

Sheffield Wednesday away would be good, if the tickets were £15-£20 a throw we'd take thousands. I'd love to see both tiers of the Leppings Lane filled with us lot.

2 or 3 easy rounds to begin, home ties against lower opposition who need the financial bonus.

This could be the season!

Would love Dagenham & Redbridge/Whitehawk away. Absolue minnow like Whitehawk would be amazing as an away day and Dagenham would be a good London away, too.

For the sake of my wallet, however, a decent tie at home would do, or a local away.
