The first two were demanding that Ravel use the same agent as them, fully aware he was likely to get a big contract after his good form at West Ham or a decent transfer/signing on fee. Morrison disappeared whilst Big Sam stayed in charge. Nolan's appointment at Orient reeks of agents liaising far too deep into club management.

Or maybe he interviewed well and actually is the best man for the job ? He is articulate and sharp and seems a very bright man ! And they won under him straight away ! , looks a fantastic appointment. Most decent jobs in life are about who you know , if you get one of those jobs and actually know how to do it then yoir usually a great success ! No idea what your suggesting with Big Sam ? Morrison is a lunatic and a failure it's obvious to see the ghetto gutter is calling him home !
