Okay, here's your chance of a ticket for the Swansea game

I thought I would have a bit of fun with all Foxes fans. I have a spare ticket for the Swansea game and I am going to give one lucky fan the chance of going to the game.  This competition will close at noon on Friday and I will be making the decision as to who the winner is. The winner of the ticket will be the person who can write the best, funniest, most grovelling,or most pathetic letter as to why they should have the ticket. The ticket is in SK1 at the back of the Kop. The ticket is free but it might be nice if the winner were to make a donation to the Foxes Foundation. Limit you replies to 150 words. Good luck! Extra points will be given to writers who have traveled the furthest to a game only to have it abandoned or who done something daft in the cause of Leicester City!

haha, i have my ticket (probably can't go anyway) but not sure why everyone is so angry. a free ticket to a game where we could win the league for the first time ever in our most incredible season and maybe the most incredible season of all time and all youve gotta do is say something that's probably not even funny but is meant to be funny like "i would kill my own dog to get dis ticket loool". sounds like a pretty good deal imo.

could've come on and said highest offer wins (as long as it's over £100) or something much worse.

Will we have the pleasure of sitting next to you and will we be required to pathetically grovel for the 90 minutes as well?

I will participate.

Embarrassing story in the name of the foxes actually happened this season at the away game in the cup at white hart lane. I travelled on foxes travel and attended the game on my own. When we got there we were told that the coaches would be waiting at a location 15 minutes walk from the ground and there would be stewards directing us. After the game I followed the stewards direction to a t but he must have been a spurs supporter because I ended up some 30 minutes away from the coaches. I found a copper who gave me a map to where I was supposed to be and started heading that way but it was getting late and I wasn't sure how much patience the foxes travel folk had. I decided to get a tube to st pancras and had to spend £60 on a train ticket back to Leicester because it was last minute. Woke up next day with a few facebook messages and an e-mail from the club worrying that something had happened to me. If any of you were on my coach and were angry at how long you had to wait for someone who didn't show up I am very sorry! I am horrendous in situations like that!

I would love a ticket to this game as I have a break from uni and the club decided to sell a billion silver memberships' my measly city fox had no chance of getting it!

Thanks for the chance! I now await abuse :)

No , I'm not going to the game. Tell you what, you try to be nice and all you get is insults

In fairness, even if your intentions were in the right place, read your post back and you can see how it could be taken in respect of some of the responses.

Not denying you're trying to be nice, just stating the above.

Anyway, I'll leave this thread to those interested in the spare ticket.
