Is Ever Banega still available on a free transfer or did he sign a new deal? He'd be a different style of central midfielder to our current options. Slightly more attacking, ability to dribble past players and a more reliable goal threat. An outrageous passing ability too. Steven N'Zonzi would be a brilliant signing too but I don't see Sevilla selling him.

Just seen that Liverpool have let José Enrique go.

At first I thought "Why not?", then I found out that he cares more about Social Media, holidays and his girlfriend than football. Probably doesn't help that he had a serious knee injury two years ago and never looked like his former self after that.

 

I also noticed Eskisehirspor released Jerry Akaminko earlier this year - he's a monster of a centre-back. He was in talks with Real Salt Lake in February, but then pulled out of the negotiations at the last minute.

We will need 5 just to replace players that leave, so we will need extra to cover for champs league. Will depend on whether players like Inler, Ben and Kram leave. Schwarzer and Wasyl will go so there is potentially 5 players there that need replacing

we woudlnt have a hope in hells chance of getting them 3 for around £35mil, coming from the teams they are at and considering all have had good season too, and they cost around £21mil when they all moved to the clubs that they are at now,. while it would be nice to get them, but sadly we have no chance
