Just watched probably the worse video so far. One English bloke on his own getting kicked, punched and hit with a chair by about 10 blokes for a minute non stop. A few of them run off and then a few more come round and kick him whilst he's on the floor. One of them even picked him up off the floor just to punch him back down. Horrific stuff

Another video surfacing of a dozen or so Russians kicking an English bloke's head in while he's on the floor.

Now I won't claim to have extensive knowledge of the Russian hooligan scene but from what I know there are certain rules of engagement that are followed pretty closely. Namely being things like not punching or kicking someone while they are 'down and out' and not going after individuals who are outnumbered. Having watched a couple of videos of organised fights these rules seem pretty well observed, but these last couple of days these 'rules' seemed to have been completely abandoned.

I don't understand it at all, it just doesn't compute.

I think all hooliganism is stupid, completely, but I do vaguely understand twenty odd blokes from one team agreeing with twenty odd blokes from another team to go and meet up a few miles from the stadium and having a bit of an even ruck. Whatever floats your boat.

But going out in organised gangs to run over drunk tourists, women, neutrals, non hooligan bystanders, the police, locals, what do they actually get out of it? What's the actual point?

It's like Russia has somehow managed to develop the largest concentration of actual, genuine, diagnosable psychopaths and sent them all off on the rampage.

When the FA produce a rule book for hooligans then they will be a part of the game , most are pricks when mobbed up !

Hooligans are NOT a part of the game , They are a disease in the game !

Most hooligans I know , and I know a few , are insecure individuals with fractured personalities , all I know are seriously flawed humans who make terrible husbands and really bad parents , they generally have a foreboding sense of being a failure in life.

I like contact sports but hooligans offer nothing in the shape of entertainment unless of course you also fit the above profile !

Pretty much all the videos I have seen have not been organised fights. They are just randomly punching and starting on fans for no reason. I have stated that I don't like or agree with this and these people should be punished. If it is an arranged fight away from the public then I don't mind about it. Its what they want to do so let them

Seen the same group of roided up Russians in most of the videos. The group with the black t-shirts on. One lad in particular has been wearing the same pair of green shorts for about 3 days. Scumbags.
