David Cameron Resigns!

Not a surprise given circumstances, but we will have a new Prime Minister come October.

It does, however, leave the country in limbo. Will be interesting to see what Labour do now too.

So, they will Elect a new PM from within or will we get another vote?

It'll be up to the Tory party.

Corbyn next? It's the labour heartlands that won this for Brexit and his lily livered sit on the fence approach contributed significantly to this.

This country is gonna be in absolute turmoil for a sustained period of time. Hey but immigration might get reduced (which it won't) so all good...

So, Boris then

Not necessarily, the final say will go to the MPs who are largely pro remain. I think it'll be Teresa May.

Got that wrong, the MPs pick the final 2 and the members vote.

So he uses a promise of vote on the EU to help him get into office... and then walks off when people use it.

Dave, if it was going to be the end of the world, perhaps you shouldn't have put it on the table mate.

Johnson acts like an idiot when he isn't. He went to Eton ffs.

That just means your parents have lots of money, not that you're fit to lead a country.

I'm pretty sure you'll have to pass loads of exams to get in.

Well he obviously could never had believed this would be the outcome, he should have put more effort into his reform quest, Brussels arrogance didn't help on this either and his project fear campaign was a disaster, he was left with little choice, his sidekick should hit the road as well.

Boris is nobodies fool but I personally think his buffoon act will wear thin very quickly. He wouldn't be my choice.

I'm not saying he's thick as shit, but being in a good school doesn't mean you're right for being a world leader. Cash talks and so do connections.

Very democratic

Great stuff. Don't be scared of a rampant Conservative party folks, they gave a majority of 16 and are struggling to push anything through and will continue as such.

Disappointing. Always had a lot of time for Cameron. He's sensible, reasonable and balanced. It'll be a while now before we have a leader with those qualities again, if we ever do. He did a good job in difficult circumstances. He was a safe, steady pair of hands. Now we head into the unknown, on a whim, without a leader.

Anyone but Gove, Therasa or Boris. Honestly...anyone but them.

George looks like the only person with a bit of intelligence but cant say I trust him much. Hope a new general election speeds up tbh.

He actually doesn't joke around when it comes to the amount of business do's he does.

He has come across in these as very respected, emphatic and down-to-earth like most others.
