Koke Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 Leverkusn or Benfica/Besiktas or Lyon/Sevilla. Especially with the first leg being away I think we could do one of those sides.

lcfcfoz Posted 23 November 2016 Author Posted 23 November 2016 Not me but I want us to win and imo that's easiest team available
Guest Col city fan Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 I'd be happy with Napoli...they are nothing special and can't score many without Milik. Besiktas I'd rather avoid. Strong at home.

Koke Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 Well, we know who Bayern fans want in the next round.
Lcfcrory Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 Think it's pretty much between these for who we draw Besiktas Leverkusen Sevilla Bayern Real/ Dortmund id be happy as long as we avoid Bayern or Real/Dortmund

CosbehFox Posted 23 November 2016 Posted 23 November 2016 Let's have one of the big teams - you live watch your team play the best.

Particularly given any opponent is going to be tricky.
lcfcfoz Posted 24 November 2016 Author Posted 24 November 2016 I'm hoping it's them, and a reunion with Inler
dpjfox Posted 24 November 2016 Posted 24 November 2016 i know we cant be paired with English teams in the group stage, however im sure Chelsea played Liverpool in the Champions League therefore are Arsenal and Manchester City potential opponents?

This is only from the quarter final stage onwards. Think the change was made to avoid a potential 4 teams from the same country playing each other in the last 16. I've got a feeling we will get one of the big boys next given our lucky group draw. But bring it on I say!
Zear0 Posted 24 November 2016 Posted 24 November 2016 It's only the first knockout round where domestic teams are kept apart. When we get to the quarters/semis/final, we can draw other English clubs. However they'll all be knocked out by then anyway! *edit* beaten to it!
foxy boxing Posted 24 November 2016 Posted 24 November 2016 do fans want a glamour tie of one of the top European clubs, or do they want to get a club that on a good day we may well beat or get beaten ourselves. whoever we get it is going to be very special and something that will live long in the memory. no one will want to play us because of that unknown factor that we possess
evil jack Posted 24 November 2016 Posted 24 November 2016 The further we go in the competition, we'll most likely end up facing Barça/Real etc anyway....but not just yet eh?
