Blanchflower78 Posted 14 January 2017 Posted 14 January 2017 Given the position of Forest's owner and many others of recent times, we certainly have been blessed with outstanding owners. When and under what circumstances do we think ours may call it a day though?
Russell sprout Posted 14 January 2017 Posted 14 January 2017 Only they can answer that, were a profitable organision which have expanded globally so it won't be anytime soon, and I feel they genuinely love and care about the club

Guest MattP Posted 14 January 2017 Posted 14 January 2017 Whenever the finances drain from the league. Won't be anytime soon although China are showing it won't last forever.
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 14 January 2017 Posted 14 January 2017 I hope we can become an established, top quality Premier League side under their reign, as well as regular European competitors. Unsure if that's what the plan is eventually, but I really hope so.
Stadt Posted 14 January 2017 Posted 14 January 2017 They are generally pretty good owners but having decent owners should be the norm, arseholes like Fawaz and Sisu shouldn't be allowed anywhere near clubs

When they have achieved getting us an established premier league side, and will sell us for a good amount, and recoup their investment. I just hope when they do, they sell to owners of their standard, and who want to push us to further progression as a club.
Larry_LCFC Posted 14 January 2017 Posted 14 January 2017 They have been great owners but lets not pretend they have done all this out of the goodness of their hearts. They have made a mint out of us aswell and grown their brand massively through the club.
treer Posted 14 January 2017 Posted 14 January 2017 Is it true city were courting Simone, until the CHampions draw?, if so is it possible they could resume after the matches?
TheLittleBigMan Posted 14 January 2017 Posted 14 January 2017 As long as the brand awareness continues they will stay with us. The social stature that is garnered for them counts for a lot too. They were ok before they came here - our club is not the making of them.

Well ive just made my point. People make out they are heroes but really they are just clever businessmen. Treat the club well, and they too will prosper massively as a result.

Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 14 January 2017 Posted 14 January 2017 They're in the Premier League earning more exposure than they could ever wish for, regardless of how well we're doing. They wont call it a day for some time yet.

Countryfox Posted 14 January 2017 Posted 14 January 2017 They gonna stay luvya lonnnnnnnnnnnnnng time.
Barky Posted 14 January 2017 Posted 14 January 2017 Can't see them leaving for business reasons while we're still in the premier league. They've had more exposure than they could have dreamt of. I think the most likely scenario is that one day they'll feel like they want to pursue other interests and that'll be that. When that will be is anyone's guess. As owners they've been great, we got lucky.

They're in it for the profile and the prestige like all football club owners are. Doesn't mean they're not good owners.
