Got to assume that there won't have been the low clause in Ndidis contract that there was in Kantes. So at least if he does get snapped up we'll be able to use the money wisely to replace him.

The deal got agreed pretty quickly and we had to wait until January to announce it - Kante's took forever, presumably due to negotiations on the clauses which we eventually backed down on, so hopefully you are right!

I don't want to see any of our top players leave and I don't see why they should.  I'd much prefer if we added more quality to the Squad move a few out and replace some of the older players.

Can't see the reason why they would want to leave unless it was maybe Utd. It's clear that were paying more than most Clubs in the league including Arsenal and Spurs. I've heard Kasper is on a similar contract to De Gea at Utd so why would he want to go to Everton or anyone else.

It clear that the Owners want further success and are prepared to finance it so why would they want to leave, Their Stars here and will always be legends because of last year and don't have to worry too much about their place on a Saturday. Unlike if they moved to other Clubs.

I'd much prefer if Fans talked up our Club and Players and who we should poach from other clubs to make us better instead of talking about who might leave.

It's time Fans realised we are a big Club now, Paying top Salaries with a good Ground and top facilities.

I'm more worried about Kasper to be honest, mahrez is meant for bigger things and i like to believe that vardy likes it here. Liverpool, arsenal and man city are all looking for a  quality PL keeper. I truly believe that pep will be armed and ready to take Kasper because he can pass from the back (and of course, he can actually play as a goalkeeper)

If Mahrez goes then Gray will get the starting place he's demanding. Players come and go, it's nothing new.

If Mahrez leaves i sincerely hope you're right but am not at all sure.

Once again, to focus on our latest match, Mahrez was involved in both of our goals. Gray looks threatening at times, no question, but I've long questioned his stamina and would also question his choice-making.

I understand he's still a work-in-progress but he's some way short of convincing me he's ready to replace Mahrez.

Probably because we did! Personally I was pretty scathing about what happened and thought the players needed to show a massive response because the Ranieri incident left a lot to be desired. I know I'm not the only one in my circle of friends to have felt this way.

The thing is that they *have* shown a response. In fact other than Man City away last season I think Tuesday was the best I've seen this squad play as a team. So fair play to them because they've certainly changed my opinion of them.

Only 3 games in, but the passion, desire and togetherness is there for all to see in all 3 so far. In the Champions League game I genuinely felt there was a connection between all of the fans and players. It felt like we were on that pitch ourselves harassing the opposition down! It might sound OTT but it was definitely an unforgettable night. When they play like that we love them.

Interest in Ndidi? There's a shock..

Im always intrigued when our fans are making decisions on who to sell (or buy) based on $$.

Its not our money and the owners arent struggling so the $ are pretty much irrelevant... If its down to $ about keeping Mahrez, then give it to him, what do i care as long as he plays up to his abilities.

I actually think Mahrez's ego will prevent a move to a top 6 side and could see him stay with us.

Firstly, based on this season's form I really can't see many elite teams wanting him. Top 6 sides generally sign players that improve upon their starting 11 and I can't see Mahrez being a guaranteed starter in any of the current top 6. I feel that his personality is now such that he won't be happy being a bit part player and will want to be the main man if he leaves.

My biggest concern was that he might end up at Everton as he'd be a regular starter, they have a world class striker, money to invest, plus the Walsh factor, although recent events with question marks hanging over the future's of both Koeman and Lukaku might make them less attractive.

I wanted rid of Ranieri back in September- the players didn't come into it.

What I want: No more pace-only players. Technically gifted attacking midfielder, winger that can cross and beat a man, more dynamic CB and a RB that can add more going forward. New deal for Gray.

What we'll get: Everything I didn't want and a gap between July and Transfer deadline day where we don't do anything.

If we stay up of course

I'm quite confident we'll keep Ndidi until next Summer but presuming he keeps playing well then I'd expect someone to put pay big money as he'll still only be 21. Scary to think how good he could be really.

lollollol Gray is nowhere near Mahrez, if he goes we need to sign a good enough replacement.

I never said he was as good, but he's got potential and needs regular first team football. One of them will go this summer I'm sure. We're not going to win the league again, having a slightly less good player isn't going to make a massive difference.
