Well I think it's more than just that. Also, feeling that political bodies are dismissing you isn't some trivial issue, democracy requires a strong connection between the voter and the representative to work.

The vote is only 'advisory' and is thus not legally binding. The government will ultimately get to decide regardless of the result (so if it's a dead heat we'd stay).

Yes I am engaged to one from Portugal. She is pro-brexit.

I'm referring to the British ones though, most Euro nurses have been pretty respectful. Many even resent the EU.
