if Shakey seriously thinks Ulloa is better than Slimani not only would I fear for us this season but I would question his mental capacity,

I don't for a minute think this but it's the economics.

I think the club want to keep one and sell one from Ulloa and Slimani to become our 4th choice striker who offer an aerial threat. The chance to get somewhere near our money back for Slimani and keeping Ulloa makes good business sense.

I think we're quite open to selling either depending on offer.

But we don't need the money?  To be a success you don't want to be a selling club.  Southampton are the exception to this, as they have a fantastic youth set up.  Not only that but if we do sell to Watford a rival of ours it would make no sense.  West Ham were interested too so of the two get rid of Ulloa.  It was only last season, he refused to play for us and threatened to go on strike?

If Slimani was given a regular run of games he would get double figures in goals this season.  He hasn't really been given a chance.  My concern with Shakespere is he tends to play his favourites regardless of form.  It will be interesting to see what Riyad Mahrez turns up today.

We always could do with the money. We didn't sell Dodoo to Rangers for £250k because we needed the money, it was just good business for us.

Also I don't hold a grudge in the slightest about Ulloa's antics in January. He only did it because he wanted to play and at his age who can blame him. If Mahrez went on strike I'd show my vitriol to him but not Ulloa.

If Vardy stays fit for the majority of this season then Slimani won't get many minutes, it's as simple as that. We'll have a highly paid 29 year old depreciating on our bench. I think most Leicester fans would say Slimani was a poor purchase so getting our money back shouldn't be sniffed at. To be fair to Slimani I'm sure he could prosper elsewhere but we weren't a good fit for him since the off in hindsight.

Slimani, Vardy, Okazaki and Iheanacho is one of the best striking fours in the league. Probably the best apart from the Manchester clubs and Chelsea.

Lacazette Giroud Sanchez Welbeck or Walcott

Sturridge Fiminiho Origi Ings or Solenke/Mane

But if Vardy gets seriously injured having money will go out the window when we have to wheel Ulloa out every week when he is not up to it anymore.

Well we won't.

I'd imagine we'd play Iheanacho as No9 and Okazaki as No10.

Okazaki wont last a whole game. Iheanacho might have recurring problems with his toe. He'll play quite a bit I would imagine.

He seem like frustrated, he isn't made to being a sub, but warrior as he is, he will not remain so very long.

Certainly, he will have his chance and will mark the spirits.
