You can go to any Sikh gurdwara and have a free pre match meal, no booze though

Knowing exactly what it's like to be targetted for abuse - including abduction attempts - by gays as a teenager I singularly refuse to continue being part of this site and its indefensible censorship of criticism against people who abuse and seek to take advantage of young people for their own ends. Especially within sport where the problem seems endemic and has caused such widespread distrust of coaches and others in responsible positions.

WHAT A LOAD OF ABSOLUTE HATEFUL STUPIDITY ?

And this is the Tony who's outspoken on deporting hate preachers....

@Thracian...... (I tried to send this personally but for some reason it wont work).

I just wanted to say, whilst I STRONGLY disagree with the views you expressed on this site regarding homosexuals I  certainly hope you still feel you can chat on here and I certainly hold no bad feelings towards you.  If I see views I disagree with I feel the need to challenge them and, I still disagree with you and will still challenge you but I never insulted you personally (at least I hope I didn't, it was never my intention) and would never want you to feel "ganged up on".  Anyway, hope you're alright, I think we all need to be able to take criticism, I know I can be a c0ck sometimes but I like to think I can listen to people disagree with me.  If I and others disagree with you on this site then that's OK, disagreement and debate is a good thing.  And if I or others say some of what you said is hurtful then we am not saying you are a bad person, just that we think we need to challenge your views.

Anyway, I am rambling, as always, but hope you're good.

Rumble.

Rather leave him to himself than try and converse about an awkward subject matter, imo..

Messaging him may make him even more infuriated.

I asked for the Bombay Duck and the waiter came and sat on my knee!

Was it the waiter or was it Jo?

Apparently the Punjab and its rule was pretty much taken over by the private armies of the British East India Company around 150 years ago so I would like to apologise for our aggressive behaviour and promise to bring thrac down for a curry before Chelsea game.

My point is that all of our continental and Chinese/Indian eating house are relatively recent -and very good thing in many ways.Back in the day if you went out for a meal it was a Berni -not Bernie-prawn cocktail steak black forest gateau and a bottle of blue nun.

My mum died about 15 years back and she never experienced anything other than traditional English meals.

Maybe they could play the game in the yard at the back of POP

The Taj Mahal in Highfield St. has been there since the 60's.

lol pop down mate you'll enjoy our curries.

Next time I'm down for a home game I'll give it a try. Currently 8,000miles from the Shire, so it may take a while! :sweating:
