Chambers is on the way down, he was highly rated in his teens but just hasn't developed since, this is why Arsenal want rid.

A Boro fan on another forum I'm on was raving about him and rated him as tgeir best plater last season - better than Gibson. And Boro didn't have a bad defence for a relegated side. He's more proven at this level than Maguire was tbf. How old is he as well? Like 24? Still young for a CB.

I'd personally prefer a more experienced player to come in alongside Maguire.
