All been correct though mate.

True, but Pawson seems over reliant on it, whilst other refs won't go near as their egos are too big. Moss probably wouldn't have review any of them. That's why the decision to use it needs handing to the manager or captain. So like tennis, if you over keen and use them all up early on stupidly then they're gone, if you use them when you're confident you'll get the decision you keep the review.

it's not the on-field referee that decides. It's the VAR all the way in London who advises whether to check.

They can both initiate a review. So if the ref feels he might have missed something he can ask for a check.

They have, but why did he really need to consult it for the 1st and 3rd. Lino should see the offside and I’m not sure why he checked the 3rd. He’s bottling the decisions and it’s actually pretty pointless having an actual person on the pitch reffing it as a result.

And that’s without even mentioning the fact fans are celebrating goals 3 minutes after they go in. It needs to improve.

VAR has to be checked for every goal

Well the two refs you mentioned are both idiots in their own special way lol

It gets decisions correct and that's the main thing, only problem is the time it takes. If you're going to have a three challenge review system as you seem to be pointing out then it will still cause uproar, plus the time it takes would probably be the same if not longer.

VAR is a work in progress, it's early days but the decisions that have been reviewed, have been correct in every match.

I understand it's a work in progress, that's why I'm making a suggestion to improve it.

The limited manager challenges wouldn't be like it is now. It would mean everyone would know what was going one. The ref could just ref as normal with no thought he might need help. Once your reviews are gone, they're gone, so there can be no arguments of the ref favouring one team by review some things and not others. It would just sort the whole thing out, calm the chaos just make it more organised.

Annoying thing about these 7:45 games is our game vs Man Utd and this one have both been the perfect advert for TV companies

True, this is going to be a regular thing on a Saturday now, feels weird though

£75M for a defender who scores on his debut and the media start rubbing one off saying Liverpools problems are sorted, now it’s hello football reality, ha tossers.
