I worked in Universities full time for over 10 years as a senior lecturer and external examiner for four HE institutions heading up subjects in the fields of offender management, criminology, criminal justice, youth justice and social practice. I’ve now gone out on my own as a consultant and work with professional athletes.

What is it specifically that you work with athletes on mate? (if you don't mind me asking...)

"Athletes" is a stretch. Singh's been training Nick as a fluffer, he went pro last year.

I'd love to teach geography or history. I feel I could teach it in a way that kids would understand and relate to rather than the way it was taught to me.

Unfortunately I don't think I'd last a morning without throttling at least one of the kids.

Would be nice having a snow day though....

Good old Nick. You can always be sure we’ll get a post on how amazing he is, where he’s taught, where he’s been, who he’s fought...etc

lol

Bit harsh - it’s a thread asking about teaching - I didn’t start it and other teachers are posting their experience!

Themes (usually preventative) around issues such as sextortion, blackmail, organised crime, match fixing, substance use, safeguarding and organised crime in sport.

Edit: I thought my cover had been blown as I was a guest on Jim Whites show on Talksport last month...

Sounds fascinating mate. I often listen to Jim Whites show but must have missed the one with you on it.

Would you post a link to it on here? I'd be genuinely interested in having a listen...

It's called an inferiority complex bud. Rise above.

It’s a tough one but if it’s okay I’d rather keep a degree of anonymity so I can still continue to take the piss out of @Col city fan without it being too much in the public eye.

Cmon Nick, the Op was asking what you’d like to teach, not for your fookin CV!

lol

Sorry,

Then if I could teach, I’d like to help scooter riders develop the courage and skill to master real motorbikes on track and road.

Better?

Easy question - Chemistry. I'd be the mildly terrifying teacher where no-ones quite sure why there's so much glee when the bunsens come out (the answer is that all chemists are pyromaniacs)

I have a friend who teaches science at secondary level.

He's set a couple of kids on fire. Like actually now.
