The new gaffer needs to assess tge situation.... no point in puel prejuding things.  He has no idea.

they are doing it to a 3rd manager in just over a year, Puel is gone, its a case of when not if, but the squad needs an overhaul this summer and the club needs a real DoF

In the first half v Bournemouth last season I shouted something about how if they're going to play like a friendley the tickets shouldn't be full price (not the catchyist, didn't get anyone joining in). To be fair they'd stretched their energies with the Champions League run and the pull away from the bottom but it was £50 to watch pro's stroking a ball around. For the last half hour or so they gave it a good go but it was a season going out on a whimper, the highlight was watching Wasilewski warm up with a false optimism that he might kick a ball (or a player) at some point. If West Ham albeit not the last game, is anything like that after I've woken at 5.30, encountered the toilet-less mini bus replacement for the train, missed the last pork pie in the Kings Head by five minutes and find that someones nicked my Crisps / Pizza voucher / flag from my seat, I'll do more than shout, I'll be sending an open letter. In triplicate.

Can Puel be blamed for the players thinking ‘job done’?  I don’t really know.  A month or so ago Europa League was up for grabs now the only reason to play well is for a move.

If they are and not sure it’s true, suspect  not all will return from their holidays but that’s probably what is needed.

I think most of them have packed up and will not be back. There's plenty that need moving on and I reckon a few we want to keep won't want to stay. That's as bad a performance as I can remember and that includes the weeks on end we couldn't win away at the start of last season.

 

Think LCFC have been royaly shafted by this bunch of players. Will never forget what most of them achieved but ever since we seem to have got not a lot back in return for treating them like heroes.

Cases packed I think most of our players where on the 2.30 out of Gatwick yesterday. One things for certain they didn't turn up at Selhurst park for the game. W4nkers.
