Daft as it sounds, this match as more of a friendly feel to it. Been a poor game so far, two teams who don't wanna win.

Will be happy to be proved wrong this half, but been pretty disappointed with Rashford so far this game. Really hasn't done much at all - was looking forward to him getting on the ball and being positive with it.

For whatever reason some people seem to think Loftus Cheek could be the man to do it this time but I’m not convinced.

 

Maybe it’s Kane this time. I’m not bothered who the hero is tbh as long as the team do well. Seems as a society we’re obsessed with having a hero or a scapegoat.

I'm probably biased but Gascoigne did things with the ball and saw things on a pitch that I've never seen any other England player do before or since. Considering his career was a non stop case of injury and self abuse, he was pretty amazing. It could be said about many, but what a player he could have been.

 

Agreed, Loftus cheek, decent player but never a Gazza or Bryan Robson.
