Isn't it the lowest in the PL?

Those players above, did they all play t the same time? Must have missed that.

Us Everton, Fulham and Saints generally field one of the youngest starting 11's in the league.  Not sure it's the youngest team particularly as we're dragged down by three players Wes, Kasper and Vardy. But with it being a very chance that the team could be something like the below at some point, that would probably take the youngest stating 11 stat this season.

                    Kasper

Ricardo      Maguire    Soyuncu    Chilwell

             Ndidi     Hamza

Gray         Maddison        Barnes

                       Vardy

i think you are missing the point.

some people want to finish as high up the league as possible and some people  want to be entertained and watch entertaining football - It DOES appear that you won’t get both with claude Puel.

No one is 100% right or wrong- it’s a personal preference.

what leaves a bitter taste in my mouth is the insults being hurled from either side. No one is a retard, no one is dumb or stupid or delusional for preferring one thing over the other..

I understand your point, but saying no one is any of those things is most definitely factually incorrect.

I think more likely, most are but 'some' aren't (i include you in the some ?)

haha, in the context of the discussion- someone wanting puel out or in, then i don’t believe any of those tags can be applied to someone JUST for having those opinions

Correct, but for the rest of the crap they spout, there are definitely a lot that do deserve it/ have earned it

It's nothing new though is it. 2015 about this time some of us were getting dogs abuse for saying Pearson would keep us up.

90% wanted Pearson gone then the last ten games he's now a god. Some even claim he had more to do with our title win than CR did FFT

Only thing to cling on to is the believe that Puel has a vision and a squad of kids?

Total myth. The average age is nothing out of the ordinary and some players are new to us and the country and seen as young

We have fielded youngsters before as below and yes we have bought younger players. Nothing usual or that credible there. You don't replace a old car with one the same age.

Peake 17

Buchanan 16

Lineker 18

Williams 19

May 18

O Neil 20

Those were the days, you could also believe it or not buy the odd decent Scottish player back then, B Smith, Wilson, Melrose, Macdonald.

I think Matt Piper said it well after the Southampton match: Puel is a "safe pair of hands." We won't get relegated with him as manager. He has avoided big mistakes and steadied us in the middle of the table.

That said, he has failed to evolve us away from a pure counterattacking style of play. We still can't score against teams who sit in and defend. We have made literally zero progress on this in the last year.

So, we shouldn't be hasty about dumping Puel. But it is becoming clear we are going to have to change if we are to improve from here.

And Alan Young and Henderson .

Until Puel gets his finger out of his arse and picks Gary Lineker and Trevor Peake then I can't possibly get behind him.

No point in getting behind him if he's already got something up his arse eh? lol

I love my profile pic btw

Has he done an amazing job? No.

Complete failure? No.

Are we in a decent position should he leave soon for the next man to take over? Yes.

As ever, the reality lies somewhere in between the extremes. He's an average manager doing an average job. We can improve when he goes but it could be worse- we'll wait and see.

I think this sums it up perfectly to be honest ????

This is becoming as boring as Brexit.

There is nothing, ever known to man, that can compare to Brexit. It will go down in history as the greatest example of humanity's banality. Ironically, the rhetoric sounds familiar.

Prefer Filbert personally. Mind you the Goat could help the Grounds staff.
