Yeah just bit weird that the winning teams will be permitted to do training in weeks to lead up of second round but have no games of any sort to keep up fitness levels

Watched Colchester v Marine on the BBC website yesterday with BBC Essex commentary, following Colchester v Marine, Southend v Boreham Wood, Concord v Stevenage and Canvey v Banbury, and lowest-ranked Canvey were the only ones to progress to the second round. Love the Cup.
