Why did the Derby player get booked? They're saying for handball but he was already behind the line and it was already a goal? 

I'm confused. I thought they're usually red cards. I know he's over the line but to give a booking they must think he's not behind the line.

Yeah I didn't get it either. If it's a goal, what's the need for extra punishment.
