Best case scenario - Slovakia, Greece, Luxembourg, Andorra & San Marino

Worst case - Poland, Russia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Cyprus & Malta

We usually qualify pretty easily regardless of group in fairness. World cup feels miles away when the Euros haven't been played yet.

Going to be an odd tournament all round really isn't it.

Getting stuck into a Premier League season and then it'll disappear in November until end December!

International tournaments are going to be seriously odd over the next 2 years.

All World Cup qualifiers (except play-offs) condensed into 8 months, with a full Euros tournament in the middle of that, staged all over Europe.

Then, after completing a qualifying campaign in 8 months, the 10 World Cup group winners will have to wait a year for the actual tournament to happen......in Qatar.....in mid-season.... mid-winter...

"FIFA, your evil mission is to destroy the World Cup and international football FOREVER!!!"

Some difference in the best and worst case scenarios there!

I see some international breaks will have 3 qualifiers in them so I think squad strength will come into play massively and will no doubt favour the bigger countries.

We should be winning both groups with maximum points regardless.

Not very often you get a Andorra and San Marino in the same group. Great to see how we make hard work of them. The format is doing everything to make sure the top European teams all qualify. I don't have full faith against Poland but we should be fine.

Pretty even group for Scotland so they have a chance. Wales should be hopeful of the playoffs, Ireland have half a chance of play offs and shame Northern Ireland have got a tough group again.
