Mixed feelings on the hundred auction.

A life saving injection of money for County (and others) after agreeing to cuck themselves to the thing.

But I'm still convinced nobody normal watches the thing. It's excruciatingly boring. All jizz but no stripping, touching and snogging. Just a few thousand middle class British Asian doctor families with their grammar school kids - all there on free tickets. I can't see why the clamour to invest.

Completely agree. Investors will want some return from their investment though so the money going to the counties will end pretty quickly now.

Here we go. Knew it was all a bit too good

Yorkshire sold their 51% stake in whatever their team is called. Why? Thought the hundred was a counties thing that just happened to be played at the test grounds?

That 51% stake should be owned by all 18 counties too, not just host county. Yorks have been gifted the opportunity to wipe away their debt in one quick sale of an imaginary team

One would think any total above 300 in a ODI is fair, but have no idea about what kind of track this is.

Feel it's probably 30-40 runs short. Fully expected us to post under 300 when Buttler got out, mind.

Shambles of a tour from England. Won’t be surprised to see us out in the group stage of the champions trophy. Too many mates still being picked. Don’t bat deep enough anymore, bowling is very hit and miss. Can’t keep relying on an ageing Rashid to hold things together.
