Yeah, some pretty rogue selections.

 

Think Farhan would definitely be on there if it wasn't for the U19s. Probably Green too.

He's such a great player of spin. I'm out in SL now. Watching him live, he makes it look so easy. Never flustered, rotates the strike at will, hits the gaps. 

He does the basics better than anyone.

Bethell looks like he's learning from him, hopefully more do the same.

Under 19s with an impressive victory over Australia to reach final. 

Looking forward to see how Thomas Rew develops, some talent. With the way McCullum and Key pick players he'll probably be in the test team by the end of the summer, especially if Jamie Smith continues his tough time.

Indeed. The Rew brothers look a real talent won't be long until they play all three formats for the senior side.

No doubt will be a lot of pressure and attention on him at such a young age .

I hope he has a good team around him that doesn't take advantage or chase the limelight.

Bound to be little more than a strike bowler until he gains more experience with Leicestershire (if the ECB let him, of course). Still an unbelievably encouraging start to his career though.

 

Farhan's comeback from getting belted everywhere is super-enciuraging for the future of English spin too. That Ahmed family trait of being fazed by absolutely nothing strikes again.
