It doesn’t matter if petitions are your thing or not, whether they work or if you think they’re a waste of time - what is important is that people’s voices are heard and that the magnitude of anger is understood. This one already has 50,000 signatures and is growing very fast.

I kinda want them to do that but at the same time I want them to thrash em.

I appreciate the sentiment, but I'm not really sure what a petition like this will solve.

 

Are the Glazers, FSG and Perez going to change their mind because of this? They blatantly don't care what the fans think.

 

If it's one of those to get it in a debate in the Houses of Parliament, then how is that going to help? They won't get involved in how football competitions are run. 

 

I'm sure it makes people feel like they are doing something. But unless they can club together with £4.6 billion, they aren't doing a thing.
