I don't think they can. The exception is only for Vitesse/Spurs due to the weird situation. Watch them wait for the draw and if we get drawn against them, they eliminate Spurs.

UEFA has said Tottenham and Vitesse cannot be drawn against us or PSV respectively. 

But then have said Tottenham and Vitesse will be in the draw as potential runners up. 

 

'the outcome of the draw will not change due to the qualified team'?? 

So we could play Spurs?

Maybe as I thought initially where neither us or PSV can get that draw to avoid any same country clashes.

They’re contradicting themselves massively. The only fair way they can do it is to kick spurs out before the draw, or draw it where we can get Vitesse/spurs, and redraw it in the event that Spurs to somehow get through.

Its better then not being in it, I never even thought about its, its like looking at a new competition we qualified for being shit  LOL,  now iv got over what happened ill take it, i stated watching LCFC in the 90s i'm not to proud .  Chris Sutton is saying he is wanting Leicester ( for inevitable hammering we will get)   well we are about to find out...

Two legged playoff. 

 

Then we could face the ECL group winners. 

 

They remain seeded, we're unseeded so will play at home if we get that far too.

Technically yeah but it’s basically assumed that Spurs will have to forfeit, in which case it makes no difference to them.

 

Everyone else has an increased chance of drawing us though so it does affect everyone.

We finished 3rd in our EL group. The teams who were 2nd in the group of the conference league are seeded.
