This football transfer stuff really isn't that difficult. Its not real business. It's really not that hard. Those involved should try working in a real industry with real pressures.

We need to trim the squad down and arguably there's a decent chance neither would start next season. We have plenty of options in these positions.

Two players who are almost 30 to be offered 3 plus year contracts is not progress. Its why we’re in the mess we are right now. Think Bobby Reid and how Fulham wanted to keep him but wouldnt offer the contract he wanted because of his age. Then the mugs known as Leicester stepped up

I do agree, I really do. I just think we’re stuck if we can only get frees in as you don’t get many youthful prospects on a free!

Really not fussed.  Look poor every time I saw him last season.  I say this and, of course, Swansea will sign him and he'll be fantastic for them.

The problem in this country is football clubs hire managers who want their preferred choices brought into the club on the continent they employ first team coaches and the Director of football decides who they want to bring in and coaches coach much better idea if you think about it.
