If we ended up with someone like kone and someone like this, I’d be very happy. 6 in 18 games last season so at 18 years old deffo worth watching

dont be saying that, some on here wont like that as they arent names theyve heard of before.....so will be crap in their eyes

theyd rather we go for DCL or Bamfordlol:ph34r:

No matter if you are tight or not (I don't think you are but you could well be) outside of the internal lcfc supporting bubble we are still seen as a much bigger club than Ipswich and have significantly bigger pull.

We are not seen as a basket case club even if we deserve to be

Means absolutley nothing. Points deduction and potential transfer bans vs a club favourate for promotion and the ability to spunk 20 mil on players

Of course it means something. In the same way thar players will still go to man u rather than forest despite forest finishing much higher up.

Highly unlikely as we would have had to submit a business plan to the EFL Club Financial Reporting Unit regarding our plans for this season.

We managed to get around it last time but the loop hole has been closed.

In that plan we would have had to explain how we would become compliant with PSR for this season. Transfer band are generally used to force clubs compliant.

Transfer bans are generally used to bring you in line with regulations not as punishment for past breaches.

I can absolutely see us wanting to sign Antonio

Replace a 38 year old club legend with a 35 year old who just had his legs smashed up, perfect and typical Leicester

Can he even walk yet ?

Yeah, he played in the CONCACAF this summer.

In other seasons this would be a sensible signing - could be a Tony Cottee, or at the very least a Kevin Phillips. But we have too many players past their peak already - unless we can move BDCR and Ayew on, I'd pass on this.

CONCACAF sound like some new trendy coffee

I would honestly rather just stick with what we have rather than take a risk on him

Wages would definitely be very high

Antonio has always relied on his explosive pace and power.

Even if he hasn't played crash test dummy for lambo, he's never really had the technical ability to cope if you took that away.

If he's lost some pace or height on his leap, I don't see what he offers us. He's after a last pay day, no thanks.

Only reason I see this happening is if we sell at least two centerbacks and Cifuentes doesn't rate Nelson to start for us yet.

I'm amazed they're not giving him a chance in the squad this season, absolute beast of a player, loves a goal too.
