DezFox Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 Personally I think this is truly disgusting. Defensively he has had off games but the way he has been handled is nothing short of a disgrace IMO. Really poor 3
LestaLad Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 I mean tbf he was better under Cooper but he’s still one of our best players.
Popular Post GingerrrFox Posted 3 February 2025 Popular Post Posted 3 February 2025 As much as I like Buonanotte he’s not our player and he was never going to be here after this season. If he wants to leave, so be it. 6

RVN can't seem to get them in the same side. If that allows us a loan that can fit in the team shape better so be it. Bilal to do his ACL as Facundo exits the diseased doors of Seagrave then. 1
Popular Post Scotch Posted 3 February 2025 Popular Post Posted 3 February 2025 If Facundo leaving meant we could buy an out and out winger and loan a CB, I think we would be in a stronger position than we are now. As good as he is, we can't fit him and BEK in the team but we could get a winger and CB in that starting 11. If he goes and no one comes in... that's different. 5

He has been poor for a while for me, lost count of the amount of time he gives the ball away in terrible areas, poor work rate and doesn't work back. Started the season brilliantly but has been on the decline for a while. Compare him with Bilal El Khannouss, who running his balls off. 1
FrankieADZ Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 season is well and truly gone if Facundo goes oh what a ****ing joy

Guest Mickyblueeyes Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 What’s the bet at some point today we are linked for a loan for either KDH or Barnes. We will all get excited and relaxed after Facundo goes back and it will fall flat on its face. Rob Dorsett tomorrow morning, Leicester really tried and were really close to Barnes/KDH but the numbers just didn’t work. KP PR Machine in full flow.

Albeit good or not, I can't see CB being a position we strengthen (although it should have been). Which half decent CB would look at those 4 and think 'those 4 are ahead of me'. 2

I just think Facundo is better in he position El Khannouss is playing, but he isn't getting in front of him. He has been doggo playing wide. I can see us trying for a winger and using the loan space for a CB. I rather us keep him, but if it the only way we can do business so be it. We need to change something!
RedSoxUK Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 Lets be honest, if he goes back we're probably getting Oxlade Chamberlain, not a CB.. 1

Everyone is a 10 out of 10 when they spend their time out of the side.
Bert Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 I don’t think Brighton have an option to recall him? 1

fazzyfox Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 I think it was quoted somewhere that he's played enough games so far that his return can't be forced but if all 3 parties (the 2 clubs and the player) are in agreement for a return then it can happen. 1

Send facundo back, see if we can't get 6 month loan for KDH 1
lanefox Posted 3 February 2025 Posted 3 February 2025 So Facundo goes back and we loan out Alves without replacing either , sort of like loaning Perez and Albrighton without replacing them 1
