Not good for trains

Think it will be what the plod want. Get us that slot so 80% turn up on that first train and no option for a drink in Nottingham. March them straight to the ground.

If it's Sunday 12:00 KO then there are no trains unless they put more on. They will obviously want it early to avoid drinking and trouble. Maybe Sunday 14:00. Trains will be heaving if so!!!

Should be a good day anyway (unless we get turned over which is not that unlikely). I've only been once, lost 3-2 on Good Friday in 2013 maybe? And obviously we haven't played them in 8 years.

Friday night KO would be great. Sunday 12:30 the most likely though the police won't want it being a late one.

What’s the best case scenario kick off? Sunday 17:30?

Depends how you define best case. Best case with the restrictions already on this (e.g. Notts County at home blocking a Saturday out), then probably Sunday at some point.

Friday night would be better, we had that slot against Derby in 2017. Can’t see the police allowing that though

For me, Kidderminster vs West Ham is nailed on Friday night. It seems like the typical Friday night game. Just my opinion though.

No idea which other games would be televised other than ours.

I would be happy with a Friday night although it makes train travel back a nightmare for myself as I could only get as far as Leicester. And as you say, risky one with trouble. No idea ho the Derby game was signed off for a Friday night.

The hostility is not on the same scale when we play Derby as it is with NottsF.

TV selection guesses:

Friday 19:55 Kidderminster vs West Ham

Saturday 12:30 Man Utd vs Middlesbrough

Saturday 17:30 Chelsea vs Plymouth

Saturday 20:00 Liverpool vs Cardiff

Sunday 14:00 Nottingham vs Leicester

Sunday 17:15 Tottenham vs Brighton

There’s only one train back to Leicester on the Friday night, and that’ll be tight (IIRC) and impossible if it went to ET

Cant see EMT putting more on either. Probably blame Covid for lack of staff, even that’s assuming discussions got that far 😂

This will surely surely be lunchtime Saturday kick off

If it’s Sunday 12.30,our first train gets there at 12.25.Driving it is then.

Luckily my daughter is at Univ of Nottingham so could travel up on the Saturday .obviously do a load of food shopping  and a meal .Sleep over and a quick tram towards the ground without having to get up too early.

County are at home to Grimsby on the Saturday, which is a big game, unless FA Cup takes priority and they move the County game.

There was talk of them moving the Notts Co game anyway, as Forest were supposed to be at home to Cov that day

ESPN say it’s 3 o’clock sat the 5th Feb. Not sure how accurate they are

Would say there is a very good chance this being on TV so surely that rules out a Saturday3pm KO. According to all fixture lists out at the minute every match in the 4th round is a Saturday 3pm KO.
