Very open ended question but interested to hear what others have changed their mind on.

I'll start with a selfish one. Mine is on population growth. I used to think we were over crowded as a planet and didnt know why people wanted so many kids. Now I'm happy for others to have kids so they can pay my pension when they're older. lol

Nigel Pearson should never have been sacked.

As harsh as it was, we almost definitely wouldnt have won the premier league if he wasnt sacked.

You never know. We'd won 7 of the last nine the previous season and hadn't we already started the process of signing Kante, Okazaki, Fuchs and Huth?

Liar lol Nobody like Spurs, not even Spurs fans.

Honestly, back in the early 2010's I thought they were a fairly likeable bunch.  I am older and wiser.

It's not just about the players though is it?

Getting Ranieri in at the time was a stroke of boardroom genius.

Everyone, players, the board, especially the fans, bought into his charm and charisma. Something that NP never had.

I was making the point the players were already signed, so its not like the team would have looked much different and we ended the previous season in great form. It's impossible to say if we would or wouldn't have won the title under Pearson, because that season never played out.

I agree, but I do not believe that Nige would have got us the PL title. Not saying he wasn't a good manager for us when you consider what he did. As you say, it's hypothetical but I just don't think he had the charisma to get our team to that pinnacle. CR built such a rapport and huge team spirit that I didn't really detect with NP.

I've heard people's taste came back differently for somethings after having it. But that was only people who lost their taste during covid.
