KingsX Posted 13 March 2022 Posted 13 March 2022 Stats from their away win at OL today SR gave up a lot of possession, and 8 corners, but cruised to a 0-4 lead until an OG, then a consolation PK in stoppage time. Majer and Doku played 90’ between them, so should have plenty in the tank for Thursday. Plenty of work still for us to do in this leg. If we can hold our advantage for the first 20’ or 30’, I'll start feeling good. 2 1

CosbehFox Posted 13 March 2022 Posted 13 March 2022 I have a nasty gut feeling not helped by a cockiness in our fanbase about it. It’s all about the first thirty minutes. In some manner, the two results both teams got today is probably a welcome warning to us. 3
The Year Of The Fox Posted 13 March 2022 Posted 13 March 2022 We need to take the game to these else we’ll get knocked out. 2 1
Spudulike Posted 13 March 2022 Posted 13 March 2022 If we defend like we did in Randers then our lead will disappear quicker than you can say c'est une compétition de déchets et je ne voulais pas y jouer. 2

Guest Lcfc82 Posted 13 March 2022 Posted 13 March 2022 Schmeichel Justin Amartey Soyuncu Thomas Ndidi KDH Tielemans Albrighton Barnes Daka id play Ricardo right back and Justin left back if Ricardo is up to starting again
escape2victory Posted 13 March 2022 Posted 13 March 2022 Unless Lookman has a slight knock I don’t understand Albrighton playing another 90 today. Think you have to keep Iheanacho over Daka as his hold up play is better, but you need runners around him, so I’d have Lookman and Barnes up there with him. Solid 3 in the middle, Tielemans, Ndidi and KDH. Harsh on Maddison and Albrighton but think that offers the best balance currently
Lesta2014 Posted 13 March 2022 Posted 13 March 2022 Just chucking this out there? Any restrictions for unvaccinated players? anyone who’s unvaccinated and close contact of fofana can’t go

It’s only natural to have that feeling. They are a good team and even better at home. We just need faith in the team knowing they will give it everything. Enjoy the moment and hope for the best. 🦊

nnfox Posted 13 March 2022 Posted 13 March 2022 Such a cliche, but at 2-0, the next goal is so important. If it goes to 3-0 then I'd like to think we'd get it done. If it goes 2-1 then it becomes a very intense game. I just hope we don't set up to defend for 90 minutes.
filbertway Posted 13 March 2022 Posted 13 March 2022 Cant see us progressing unless Rennes are focusing on getting a champions league spot. If they want it, they'll go through
Spudulike Posted 13 March 2022 Posted 13 March 2022 Seems that we are now putting all of our focus and effort into this competition much the same as we did with the FA Cup last season. Hopefully be just as successful.
Popular Post Roazhon Posted 13 March 2022 Popular Post Posted 13 March 2022 Good evening, sincerely, I was afraid that against Lyon (which won in Porto all the same in EL), we would miss our match, after the disappointment of Thursday evening. But we showed the drive, the will, and we forced success by making the Lyonnais doubt. But Rennes remains Rennes, and we score against our side, and our goalkeeper remains just as reassuring (bad outing, penalty kick...). there was even a big argument between him and central defender Aguerd on one action, which we never see with us. Well, at halftime, they had a big hug! But still... Today, overall, it was still a full game, if not perfect, and what a goal from Terrier! The achievement that eluded us on Thursday was back. Majer was the starter, and Tait and Doku ((both of them not very visible when they entered) substitutes. In short, for qualification, I think you are favorites, everything will depend on which Stade Rennes will play next Thursday, Jekyll or Hyde, Or what proportion for the two! Tonight, it's our position in the standings that does us good, in view of another European season. See you soon! 13 4

Policymakers focus is quite rightly elsewhere on much more important matters. I’d be amazed if any players can’t travel to Rennes due to Covid rules 1
