Fvck it was amazing wasn’t it? I watched that game on my own in my wee flat in Edinburgh and straight after my Dad phoned me, then my brother and we were all in shock really. Then my grandad text me. He died not too long after. Football, bloody hell. X

Immediately thought of this :D

I remember my daughter rang me as soon as the final whistle went. She was yelling down the phone "they did it Dad" Also called when we won the cup at 5 months pregnant jumping up when Youri scored.

Yeah definitely. Although Vardy getting sent off against West ham brought back some doubts. That Ulloa penalty was huge!

Oh my I did worry at 1-2 to West Ham. The Ulloa penalty to get the draw settled me down a bit  Talk about Cpl Jones and "don't panic"

I always remember the 3-3 with Arsenal in 1997 when this topic comes up.

Probably though it has to be the 96 play off at Wembley v Palace....  just an incredible day.

If we are focusing on 15/16, then Spurs away 13th Jan with Huth’s header with 10 mins to go was monumental. The most important six pointer of the season. The rearguard action that night was simply unbelievable. Not the greatest game, but in some ways the key result.

This!!

I remember the arsenal game more vividly, (although it could be a good nostalgic memory as my friend an arsenal fan who died far too young was also at the match.)

Out of the cup finals, middlesbrough at Hillsborough holds a special place for me as well.

Not to mention Ulloa’s last minute winner vs Norwich and him tearing apart Swansea when we were all super nervous playing without Vardy due to his suspension.

And his important goals vs Swansea and Newcastle in our great escape run and scoring 2 in the 5-3 vs ManUtd.

Ulloa had balls of steel, what a ****ing cult hero he was for us!

Truly can’t wait to be in a nursing home in  circa 50 years time and tell my Eastern European nurse about the time in 2016 when Leicester won the league, probably in between bottom wipes. And multiple times a day with my advanced dementia.

It’s gonna be epic.

I didn't say the game won us the league, just that I thought the game was amazing!

Spud's f**ked it up!  It was a great game. It was Star Soccer!.... Fights and everything!

When Hazard was waiting to come on, I said to my wife,.this guy is going to score! He had something to prove....He'd been dross that season,I knew he was going to score!

I remember ringing my boss in the morning to say I had the shits :-)  He just said, great win!. So pleased for you. I'll see you when you calm down LOL!  I had 3 bottles of Champers in the fridge ready for "The moment"

52 years as a City fan, and that was special!!

Spurs were barely in the race for the title all season, lets be honest.

My biggest fear was after their 4 nil away win to Stoke. 4 games to go, 5 points ahead but they had a much easier run in on paper.

I looked back at the table then and they were on 68pts so they wouldnt have even got to 81pts if they won all 4 anyway.

They will ALWAYS be the team that finished 3rd in a two-horse race..

The win against Man City - picking apart one of the bigger names like that on their own turf - was when I really began to believe.

On the topic in general, the 5-2 against Sunderland where Collymore and Heskey pretty much ran riot was one of the best City games I've seen.

The West Brom 3-2 away win in the great escape season was when everything changed. We suddenly just seemed to wake up. Think we amassed over 100 points in the next 45 league games after that.

Like others the Man City away is where I started to believe and then the Sunderland game where we won 2-0 I think was when I truly believed, I think it’s the game where ranieri cried after the game? I dunno if he’s ever done a interview on his reaction I wonder if that’s when he truly believed we would do it?

When vardy scored lobbing the liverpool keeper from the touchline....  I reakised if that can happen then we will win the league

That was the night I also thought we’d win it. I was walking up Raw Dykes after the match and had this lovely warm glow and a voice in my head excitedly screaming ‘we’re going to do this, we’re going to do this’. There was also another voice saying ‘calm down!, calm down’ lol
