Sounds like the Tory MPs are united in wanting her blood as well

She had minority mp support anyway

so she had to do, at the absolute minimum, a competent job

Her performance has been as woeful as most of us expected (if not worse)

so she will have also lost some of her mp  support

she had around 33% of Tory MP’s vote for her - that’s likely to be down to 20%

she can’t survive for too long - the longer she trudges on for (into next year), the more likely boris makes a come back. The faster she goes, the more likely mordaunt becomes PM without a membership vote being needed

What a superbly nimble and reactive government we have. If at first you don’t succeed try and try again. A leadership battle between the Mordaunt and Sunak camps will now ensue. Never a dull moment in planet Tory.  We’ll get there in the end keep your nerve.

After all we've only been waiting 12 years.

Apparently Kwasi had difficulty getting a seat on the aircraft back from Washington.

Nobody wanted him anywhere near Business or Economy.

2 days to go, or 12 if you take off the mourning period. She's gonna do it. :fc:

I can't keep up.

As a director of a one man band Ltd company, does this mean I'm now going to be paying more corporation tax?

Fvckin mess.

Are you now joining the anti-growth coalition?

No, but I am finding these shenanigans rather funny. I’ve long resigned myself to the next government being labour 😭😭

Up to £300k profit it's 19% tax and 30% over £300k currently I think.

Not sure if the increase effects both tbh

Currently, you pay 19% CT on profit, which is increasing to 25% from next April - as I understand from what I've read.
