Don't get me wrong, we'll improve on this season, we'll get better luck with injuries and we'll get back to being comfortably top six/seven. But we've definitely peaked. He's taken a side of our stature as far as he can because this mentality comes from him. We're not robust in any way and that lack of confidence and composure under pressure all comes back to the management. 6
