Also, I think their chance of safety would genuinley be better not spending too much. They aren't going to attract any significant talent, but if they can just be pains in the arse to play against with the players that got them there they could definitely cause some teams some problems.

Have to say better that than signing a load of mercenaries to desperately stay up.
