Got to say you can't help but admire how Palace now go about their business, if they are after Richards. 

 

Vieira for me was manager of the season. To complete such a turnaround in playing staff and change the playing style completely yet still comfortably stay in the league and reach a cup semi-final was a brilliant achievement. 

 

They seem to have adopted the same strategy as us - buying young, hungry players who are guaranteed first team football, get the exposure and potentially look at moves to elite clubs.
