CWC1983 Posted 18 November 2025 Posted 18 November 2025 That's what makes it all worthwhile. Look at that scenes in the stands when the 4th goes in. Just Brilliant. 2

Another meltdown like in Qatar. They even chose to prematurely extend Riemer's contract a few weeks ago, that's how confident they were. He deserves to be sacked on the spot if you ask me.
Vacamion Posted 18 November 2025 Posted 18 November 2025 Fair play, it means such a lot to them because it doesn't happen happen very often and they will of course struggle to get out of their group but they'll consume a lot of beer next Summer. They will add some colour to the tournament. Good luck to them. 3
Nalis Posted 18 November 2025 Posted 18 November 2025 One of the best halves of football I've seen in a long time from a drama point of view 3
Tommy Fresh Posted 18 November 2025 Posted 18 November 2025 Scotland getting pumped by New Caledonia at a world cup would be class

Tommy Fresh Posted 18 November 2025 Posted 18 November 2025 How can a qualifying group consist of Denmark, Scotland and Greece as the decent sides anyway, how shite is that
bovril Posted 18 November 2025 Posted 18 November 2025 Two 1998ers qualify in Scotland and Norway. Leaves Hungary then Bulgaria as the two 'big' European teams with the longest drought. 3
CrispinLA in Texas Posted 18 November 2025 Posted 18 November 2025 I can't wait to see the Scottish fans going crazy at the world cup

France, England, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Croatia, Swtizerland are probably the best nine teams, so you need another 3 top seeds after that...

I'd argue Romania have been a bigger, and more surprising, miss.

Vacamion Posted 18 November 2025 Posted 18 November 2025 If the Irish qualify, for a tournament alongside England and Scotland in a 2/3rds English speaking tournament, it would be great. If only Infantino, dynamic pricing and tickets going for thousands were not such a factor.
The boy Linacre Posted 18 November 2025 Posted 18 November 2025 Everyday's a school day Marti. Jannik came on at 1-1, what was the final score 3

CWC1983 Posted 18 November 2025 Posted 18 November 2025 I love seeing Schmeichel in goals against my teams at Hampden. My hero. 2
