Denmark were top seeds lol

And they looked completely comfortable and in control until four days ago. Another meltdown like in Qatar.
They even chose to prematurely extend Riemer's contract a few weeks ago, that's how confident they were. He deserves to be sacked on the spot if you ask me.

Fair play, it means such a lot to them because it doesn't happen happen very often and they will of course struggle to get out of their group but they'll consume a lot of beer next Summer.

They will add some colour to the tournament.

Good luck to them.

How can a qualifying group consist of Denmark, Scotland and Greece as the decent sides anyway,  how shite is that

Because there are 12 groups.
France, England, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Croatia, Swtizerland are probably the best nine teams, so you need another 3 top seeds after that...

Two 1998ers qualify in Scotland and Norway. Leaves Hungary then Bulgaria as the two 'big' European teams with the longest drought.

Were Bulgaria ever big? They had one good tournament ever that I remember. I'd argue Romania have been a bigger, and more surprising, miss.

If the Irish qualify, for a tournament alongside England and Scotland in a 2/3rds English speaking tournament, it would be great.

If only Infantino, dynamic pricing and tickets going for thousands were not such a factor.

And possibly Wales and Norn Iron too.

Yup. To be fair, Denmark usually beat the teams they should beat but come unstuck against any of the above mentioned teams.
