Better communication between LB and LCB needed. Notts getting some joy 2v1 down that side. LB followed the man with the ball instead of handing him off and LCB didn't follow the winger's run.

 

I'm not a coach or analyst so not sure what should normally happen in that situation but I guess either LB hands the man with the ball off to the LCB or the LB follows the man in possession and the LCB steps wide to track the winger making the run.

Joking aside, he was coaching at Walsall in mid 2021. Not sure if he’s been given a role at Seagrave.
