tsintskaro Posted 27 August 2022 Posted 27 August 2022 That me start with this - Brendan is dead man walking and hes days are numbered and of course he is one to blame BUT foxestalk and everyone on social media is so quiet when it comes criticizing people who actually run the cub This been a disaster for 2 years now: wages that are unacceptable crap players incoming last summer crap players not leaving Brendan Rodgers not sacked in the summer and still in charge 3d choice keeper only signing So, what is exactly board doing and when will be they blamed for all these wrongdoings? 3
Guest StevieLynex Posted 27 August 2022 Posted 27 August 2022 Maybe King Power have taken us as far as they can. Time for new owners?

And how many owners when you look around are actually any good, let alone very good with the money to take us any further than we already go. I swear people are so beyond deluded regarding the realities of football. 16

Im sure most clubs would love to have had our owners. Edited 27 August 2022 by Charl91 3
Popular Post cropstonfox Posted 27 August 2022 Popular Post Posted 27 August 2022 Football is cyclical . We have had a fantastic 8 years. Now we are in decline. Nothing lasts for ever. We have been supporting city long enough to take the highs and Lows. Thanks to King power these have been the best year's of 50 supporting us through thick and thin.Lets get buckled up tight for the next chapter whatever that may be. As for blame for the current situation 80 per cent the con man Rogers. The club will still be here and move on when he eventually goes. On wards and upwards 7
Joe90lcfc Posted 27 August 2022 Posted 27 August 2022 Starting to think the board haven’t got the minerals

Just not sustainable anymore the LCFC model that is

I wouldn't trust Brendan to spend wisely either, and they do not have bottomless pockets. A decent manager can save this season and get the best out of there players. All managers have a shelf life and Brendan is well past his.

Im sure most clubs would love to have had our owners. They aren’t faultless of course in the situation, but suggesting a change of ownership is just beyond ridiculous. As the owner of a club you give the manager every opportunity to sort things out, and will make damn sure it’s almost beyond doubt that a change is needed. They’ve always been like that, if this carries on, he will be gone. As for finances, why are people ignoring covid, rushed in new ffp, massive infrastructure projects, all of which were either out of the blue or critically important for us in the long term to grow as a club and are contributing to the issues we have. 2
st albans fox Posted 27 August 2022 Posted 27 August 2022 What would the forum be doing this evening if vards converts one of those chances? whilst the players are still putting it in, the manager will be supported once results remain poor for too long and we’re in/around the relegation zone after eight games (or a viable management target looks like he could be chased by another club) , the board will have to jump 1

They're not idiots, and they have managed to make difficult decisions before to fire managers. However I'm sure the situation is probably more complex than you think. 1

Is there was huge money out there, we’d have a load of clubs in front of us better placed for them to invest. It ain’t happening, they sell up and you are almost cast iron guaranteed to get someone worse.
Vindaloo FOX Posted 27 August 2022 Posted 27 August 2022 I just think Top has the wrong people running the place. A bunch of yes men, who just want to keep their jobs. He needs to make wholesale changes to this club, I'm not just talking about players and the manager.

StanSP Posted 27 August 2022 Posted 27 August 2022 Moment shit hits the fan people lose their own shit. Once Rodgers goes and we recover financially we'll be fine. The owners are probably safeguarding us for the future with how shrewd they're being. And of course, hindsight is a wonderful thing... 4
