Can we ask Ryan Reynolds to buy us?

It might not change our direction of travel but at least we’d have a great show on Disney+.

Can finally have the Ryan Reynolds Christian Fuchs side by side promo

I just wanted a more balanced thread where we could focus and discuss moving forward. The other threads are about protest, which I'm not saying is wrong, though this one I hope is more open and progressive.

I find it bizarre that so many people go out of their way to bump a thread to say "ooooh another one yawn" why not ignore it and not read it?

Make your feelings known vocally at games would be my advice and on the back of north of 10 pints.

If our club are going pay no regard to how detrimental this regime has got to in getting results in games and the welfare of our players then our fans being absolutely vile is small fry compared to that.

The board need to know that they are playing with people's livelihoods here, it's serious business and more than just a recreational past time.

i mean, these guys literally gave us the best years of our football supporting lives - imo.

countless trophies, trips to europe, the unity we showed after the helicopter crash.

we're really gonna start saying shit like 'top ruining your dad's legacy now IDIOT', etc?

we can ask questions sure, but this shit? can fvck right off with that nonsense.

people happy to turn their back at the first sign of trouble. weak af.

There's a difference with shouting RODGERS OUT or TOP SORT IT OUT and then calling for the owners to do one, I don't think it will quite get to that but if we career towards relegation and financial ruin and the decisions the owners make are hideous then they won't be immune to serious anger and why shouldn't they? As I said last night, they are hugely successful and ruthless people and do you think they got to where they've got to by nostalgia and endless amounts of previous goodwill?

I'd imagine a lot of the insensitive stuff comes off some immature youngsters who haven't grasped the correct etiquette.

Or seasoned FT pros smashed off their face posting on the sauce.

I'm sure a lot of us can tick both those boxes if you've been on here long enough!

No I don't, and their success elsewhere and here gives me plenty of reason to suspect they're not sat about with their thumbs up their arse - there will be some sort of reasoning behind the decision making / lack of decision making and nobody on here has currently got the slightest clue as to what that is.

I can well get on board with that, we've been here before but there's no guarantee that that will always be the case and I suppose the most difficult dilemma here for fans is, when does too much become too much. You say there must be valid reasons but it doesn't mean the reasons will generate a positive outcome and that is the real worry here, our owners are humans after all and capable of catastrophic mistakes like we all are.

Most of us thought he'd be gone by now. He hasn't.

It's unchartered territory as we have never in my memory had such a downfall and continued on with it, with it being so obvious that the wheels have totally come off!

Where do we go from here as the fans?

Do we learn to live with him and support him while he's still here, or do we increase pressure so much Top will have no choice?

....there is no question to answer, we need to exert pressure!!!

It's so based upon results now though isn't it?  It's now a case of win 2-0 against Forest and play half decent and the fans literally could be singing "there's only one Brendan Rodgers"

Lose in the same manner as we have been doing with fans in the current state it could be some of the nastiest scenes ever witnessed at the King Power.

Rodgers is on his last legs for sure, but in the crazy world of football it can change so quickly with you going from hero to zero and back again in weeks/months.

One things for sure, Brendan has used up all his 'get out of jail free cards'  a run of 3 wins on the spin (starting against Forest) would bring him instant forgiveness from the fans, if he then went into another tricky spell half as bad as the last few months I think it would turn nuclear so quickly again...

It's been so damaging these last few months. It's almost like there's no way out for him even if he does well for a bit.

thats my point really - firstly, we don't know the reasons - so being vitriolic and disrespectful to someone we've had a lifetime's worth of outrageously good experiences with doesn't sit well with me. secondly they're humans capable of making mistakes - we don't know if they've made or are in the midst of making a mistake but given everything they've done for us maybe we should hold fire on the name calling and and wanting them gone until we have a better understanding of what's going on.

the board and top aren't above being questioned but there's a way to go about it.

The fans need to get him sacked because our board don't have the bollocks to do it.

I agree, emotions are running high though and rhe margin for error narrowing rapidly.

I think some humorous chants about the slow ponderous passing at the back is the way to get the message over, you want to get the point over in a way that doesn't create a negative atmosphere, get Rogers laughing at the stupidity of his ideas.

Support the lads against Forest absolutely but, even if we win 3 nil, there still needs to be deafening chants of Rodgers Out! The board absolutely needs to know where the fanbase stands regardless of one good result.

I just can't see this happening  after a win. Fans are too fickle.
