Think people are being really harsh on Vardy in comparison to the other players just because he didn't score.

Ran Forest ragged for the first 30mins, looked like they couldn't deal with him. Played a big role in 2 of the goals too, including getting an assist through a great run which stretched the Forest defence and allowed Barnes the space to run into.

Thought he had a very good game and was one of our best players, but hey ho.

His movement was on a different level tonight and Forest just couldn't pick him up to save their lives. There's more to a strikers role than just scoring goals

In that 2nd half we again went into our shell instead of going for there throat we turned back when there was a good pass going forward , we have done this every game lucky forest didn’t take advantage like every other side we have played

Yep. Said the same. Got to keep the mentality going. Players were hyped up in the first half. Let them continue. Why stifle it.  Just because we won, many fans dismiss this as “I rather win conservatively” as one said, but have we not talked and seen enough about this loser mentality as the reason for our long downfall. For me, I rather we carry on and build long term mentality than to go into our shell again and bring all that loser mentality back for future games.

Rodgers (and some fans) still don’t get it. Some fans criticise us for saying this, but then complain again next few games when we can’t do anything going forward and would seem baffled as to why.

Having said all of this, I do want us to change and hopefully this is actually a real turnaround.

He was a solid 6, possibly a 7 - Ward on the other hand was a clear 7. That’s the real joke.

Didn't really have a lot to do other than that header that was straight at him. Looked nervy to begin with. Hopefully the clean sheet gives him morr confidence

Ya, easy saves + that poor handling of 1 on1 and was lucky not to concede a goal

Not a surprise, he could have spent most of that match on his Gameboy propped against the post. I hadn't realised Forest were such an omnishambles.

Forest is definitely the worst team in the league. We can beat forest but at this moment cannot see us defeating another team…

Midfield were just too good for Forest. Maddison, Tielemens, KDH.

Vardy good despite not scoring.

Ward better but still a bit indecisive when coming out of his goal.

Defence all good.

not really better, but forest is awful. against a better opponent he would have definitely lost by 3 goals. Bournemouth’s offence is classes above forest and it is certain that he will shipped another 2 3 or 4
