Genuinely think there were more fans outraged about the removal of cardboard clappers than wanting Rodgers gone.

Literal Happy Clappers.

Have a word, Matt

A stadium boycott isn't happening,

You just needs to get vocal ffs.

Well done those lads with the banner. Anyone trying to get it taken down is a complete ****.

Make your own pro manager / board sign if your that bothered.

Those inactive / banner grabbers are complicit in getting this club relegated.

I'll be vocally anti Rodgers against Brighton, if you don't like it then be vocally pro Rodgers, you spineless ****s.

Wouldn’t surprise me if they bought the clappers back for the run in

Given how superstitious the owners are they’ll probably blame getting rid of them for our bad form

Can’t understand how anyone could have an issue with any kind of protest after what we stood there and watched for 90mins. Him and his mate got told where to stick it tbf. We’re basically trying to start on anyone not just accepting what was happening and clapping the players off. ‘Get that banner down and go support the team who you supported before’ That’s what one was saying lol

@Union FS who bought the banners in I believe so fair play to them. This is our club and we need to fight for it. The people who see it as a business would sell us off an in an instant. Every little thing they do on a day to day basis where no one bats an eyelid has led to this, where they’re now taking the p*** out of us. Sleepwalking into obscurity from a serious position of strength.

I’d encourage every Rodgers out banner possible  next week. If the board don’t agree then they need to wake up and release a statement backing him.

Our match going fan base haven’t got it in them.

A lot of the people there just go for a day out, not really bothered about what’s happening on the pitch. They go because it’s the premier league and is a fashionable thing to do and if we get relegated they will more than likely do something else on a Saturday afternoon.

Sadly, I think this is true. Jumped on the bandwagon after 2016. There were only 6 people on this forum when I looked yesterday. That's not going to make any protest meaningful. I fear we are doomed, can't believe it.

Four banners in a 3k away end. Not enough is it.

I really did think there would be more.

Get a ticket, make a banner, and go do it then.

Easy for all the armchair fans to say you should do this you should do that. Put your comments into action yourself

I have been going home and away since I'd guess 2009? And since then probably only missed 20 games.

But yeah you sit on a forum and tell those who are actually putting the time and money in supporting the club, what to do.

I'm seeing a lot of shit being thrown at supporters on here saying they should be doing *blank*

A lot of us who actually go to games try and get vocal and build support but not everyone is like it. Yesterday was one of the better away ends for months for noise yet everyone on here saying it was terrible.

Well put your money where your mouth it, get off your arse and actually go to the games and show how it's done!

This isn't a dick measuring contest either about who is a better fan before you all get arsey about it. It's simply just saying that it's easy to sit on your computer or phone saying other people should do more when most of you are in fact doing NOTHING

Are UFS planning anything for the Brighton game ? I needs a group like that who already have the numbers to be involved

Walk out at HT vs Brighton.

If you really want BR out then do it. Regardless of the score. Even if by some miracle we’re winning.

This is the only way that Top will know we’re fed up.

Walk out at HT. Don’t back out.

I understand everyone has their own ideas, vocal, banners, walkouts all of which are great ideas and they all need to happen but for a successful and purposeful walk out (more significant than the usual 80th minute exodus - I do accept in a couple of matches recently a spontaneous walk out from around the 60th minute happened where quite a few drifted out) there needs to be a unanimous, agreed time which needs to gain traction and publicity via social media etc.

Im not sure committing to anything on here would be wise. We know the club watch it.

Maybe we could all write letters to the board?

The state of the club and the business is being discussed in minute detail by the board I am sure. Finances determine everything of course and the position of Rodgers and the cost of replacing him will be forefront at the moment. Protests will change nothing and they will not be forced into any hasty decisions. They have made mistakes by acting in haste in the past.

Acting in haste, now that’s hilarious it’s been very obvious for a while and this would have been on their agenda months ago. The financials will definitely be the most important thing and the loss of premiership revenue will outweigh any cost of getting rid of the manager for sure. It has to be a question of faith in Rodger’s keeping us up and whoever has any faith in the manager at board level needs sectioning. The fans certainly are not on side and with no signings again the boards in action now just seems like financial mismanagement with their current myopic strategy.
